I’m a board-certified ENT, advocate, wife, and mother.

I went into medicine to improve people’s lives. Today, I try to practice in a way that makes every patient feel heard, cared for, and genuinely seen.

A Wider Range of Care

TULA Procedure

Ear tubes placed under local anesthesia in the office — no operating room, no general anesthesia. A more accessible option for children with chronic ear fluid or recurrent infections.

Intracapsular Tonsillectomy

A precision technique that removes the tonsil tissue while preserving the capsule — resulting in significantly less post-operative pain, a decreased risk of bleeding, and a faster return to normal activity than a traditional tonsillectomy.

Eustachian Tube Dilation

A minimally invasive procedure that gently opens the Eustachian tube from within. Long-term relief for patients living with chronic ear pressure, pain, and fullness.

Roots

1980s

Roots

My father moved to the United States from Nigeria as a teenager and met my mother in college before they both attended Texas A&M University. His fascination with medicine, combined with her unwavering belief that I could be anything I wanted to be, planted the idea of becoming a doctor from an early age.

Purpose

1990s

Purpose

That desire only grew stronger in childhood as I struggled with sickle cell disease. Seeing so many wonderful people live with the challenges of this condition made me determined to spend my life helping others.

Emory

2010–2014

Emory

That determination eventually led me to Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta. There, I learned not only the science of medicine, but also the importance of listening, empathy, and earning the trust that patients place in their physicians.

Missouri

2014–2018

Missouri

I continued my training in Otolaryngology at the University of Missouri, where I had the privilege of learning from exceptional surgeons, teachers, and mentors. Residency challenged me in every way and shaped the physician I am today.

DFW

Today

DFW

Today, I am proud to serve patients in DFW as a board-certified otolaryngologist. Every experience along the way has reinforced the same belief that first inspired me as a child: every person deserves compassionate, thoughtful care.
